    1227727 and wideband datalog

    Hi, I now have the super AUJP v4 adx file installed to allow the wideband connection into pin c21 on the ECM, it works and I'm getting data up in the dash when connected but the data is wrong. I'm running a innovate Mtx gauge which has a 0-5v linear output to the ECM ,can anybody advise me which flags I should check/uncheck in the wideband section to get it display the correct data.

    These are the files being used in tunerpro rt

    Cheers IAN ..

    I'm not sure what the bits are for Innovate? I'd go with "WB OPT 2, bit 0, RAW A/D Output" this would be 256 bit which is easily converted from 0 to 5 volt.

    Here's the setup for ADX value to read Lambda, need to set the Innovate WB controller AD output either 1 or 2 to ECM to 0-5 volt lambda. Should also set AFR for fuel you use as well as set the gauge for Lambda.

    0V = 0.50 Lambda and 5V = 1.50 Lambda.
    Lambda of 0.50 to 1.50 is a difference of 1.0 divided by 256 = 0.00390625

    Lambda .50 to 1.50 with 1.0 being Lambda. Conversion: X * 0.00390625 + 0.500000
    Lambda of 1.0 is Stoich of the fuel. 14.68 for gasoline and 14.13 for gas mixed with 10% Ethanol

    1.01 and higher is lean
    .99 and lower is rich.

    Shoot for .85 to .89 for WOT PE mixture.

    When you get things set, post a log and adx and I'll check them.

    Here's the ADX you posted with WB values set.

    Thanks very very much but could you also help with what flags I should set-unset in the bin file please !!

    This should be the only one set in that folder. If I'm reading all the documents correctly. Try it and post a log, we'll see if it is working right.
