    7060 MPFI Conversion?

What would it take to do this? Besides the intake, just wiring and bin changes? Or is it more involved?

From BobR in an email about this a year or so ago.

If you want to give it a go, from memory: pin 56 on the MEMCAL gets grounded. This sets the injector firing rate. Short out the current sense resistor (disable peak-and-hold), then upgrade the injector drive MOSFET just to be sure it will handle the load.
From this point out I'm curious about wiring.

When it's tuned and running well I'm going to start looking into it more, but it looks very do-able. I just think I'm leaving a good bit of power on the table with the TBI.

Either way I completely refuse to have 2 ECMs. That's so naff. :D

IMHO , I would upgrade to the '7427 PCM before doing any MPFI conversion.

I believe there is much more support and many people (including myself on 2 trucks) running it so a starting point would be easy to come by.

I don't think just going MPFI with a PCM is leaving much on the table vs TBI , granted I love the way mine run with the conversion , just thonk I could have gotten there with the TBI .
