    GET'N STARTED...

First off, I apologize if my search skills are letting me down but what I need are stock files to get me started with TunerProRT on a bone stock 1992 Z28 305 TPI A4. All I want to do is communicate with the stock computer. I am not trying to tune or change anything at this time. Do I even need a bin file? Do I have to have an XDF file? Basically just want to do real time data logging on the car as it is. I have a USB ALDL 12-pin cable and TunerProRT ready to go. Any help or pointing in the right direction is greatly appreciated.

    1992 IIRC is $DA2; it's here:

To data log all you need is the ADX file.

    Is the 92 F body not LT1?

Here's a link to a TunerPro spreadsheet file lookup that may shed some light on it.

Is there a quick way to restore the dash to default settings?

No, just download another. There's really no default.

Some of those dashboards are just installed. Need to right click on each gauge and choose what you want.

That and the Histograms. I had some pretty cool ones mapped out. I had a cool one that I setup to average MPG vs. RPM vs. Speed. I found a few MPG sweet spots with it that let me get 21 mpg out of a 383 TPI van.
