1992 4.3 700R4 swap -- California BALH or Federal emissions AURS

I am working on a 1992 4.3 700R4 swap for a Willys Wagon. I captured a .BIN file from MemCal BALH to use with the stock ECM 16156647.

EagleMark has answered my questions so far in the newbie section, and I figured I should start a new thread.
I am not looking to do any crazy engine work, but I want to write out EGR, Can Purge and make sure VATS is never a problem. How is this best accomplished?

What BCC would be better to start with the California BALH or Federal emissions AURS?
    Thanks

Since you will never need to smog the Willys, I would use the federal AURS bin. I don't know about VATS (does it even have it?) , but EGR and CAN purge can be disabled easily enough.

Fed is always better then Ca... Ca has forever pushed to make cars pollute less, while doing that they lost pwer and milage, so people put their foot to floor to make up for it and burned more gas, causing more emmissions. Ca is the devil for automotive industry...

Just open one in TunerPro, save it as a different name so you always have a stock file backup. Then push buttons! Look around, you can load the other and compare the 2.
