Have you come across the code I wrote? (posted up on FSC)

    Dual-Speed E-Fan code $0d <-- I have formatted/commented text file, just not posted (yet)

It's dual-fan _OR_ dual-speed code for 7427 (I run my 4l80e with PWM-TCC on $0d), though ny primary design intention was for taurus dual-speed e-fan. I have a prettier commented text file that I haven't "released," but I should probably upload it somewhere... along with 4l80ePWM_$0d patch & calibration notes. Maybe later, heh.

Modding for $0E shouldn't be too involved, just need 2 timer addresses and change the memory addresses for CTS/mph/etc..

But then, why $0E? I ALSO have a hack posted up to run 4l80e on $0d with the PWM TCC. It's a 13 byte patch, plus some tinkering with "undocumented" calibration tables if you want to make use of 2nd gear lockup (I need to grab my notes from other laptop). I've been running 4l80e for over 10,000 miles (DD)..

Anyway, sent you a PM. Give me your email so I can send you a copy (it's 12kb, forum limit is 10,000 bytes).

What type of attachmnet? .txt .ods etc... I'll change it!

When done we always have room to host these, we have a specific thread for $0D files.

I can't get a single attachment off FullSizeChevy forum, even when they were allowed, now they all have a clear.gif covering them up so you can't download them.

Nasty-Z, what have you modified in your 454 tune from the stock 454 calibration? (and, which "stock" calibration did you start with??) I might take a look at a $0E hack I have somewhere (needs to go up on the 7427 thread, too).

Eaglemark, that's probably the thread where I should post up my $0d modifications/patches/notes as a couple of attachments. I'll have to put together a final revision for tranny notes+patch ("undocumented" arrays for 2nd gear TCC).

I tried to just copy&paste my commented text file into <code>, I didn't even look to see if I could send attachment in PM.

The ECM/PCM info threaqds have always been locked except for Mods, we did this to keep them clean of questions and clutter. When we started OBDII we left it open and it's working so far, guys are just posting stuff! I'm sure there will be posts in there we needs to move though?

Can't attach in PM, make a thread. I'll move attachment to correct info thread and recognise who contributed and a link back to thread so people can read up on it. We like to see people recognised for their work. All the stuff you see not linked or person who contributed to was stuff floating around for years and have no idea where or who it came from...

Starting .bin was BJKW , factory calibration for a '94 C3500 454/4L80E , I now run it in my '93 K3500 454/4L80E , it has minor tweeks , nothing crazy but it runs great and is dead on reliable as it is in a work truck.

That is just asking for compressor failure in hot weather. You are better off using both fans on low with the a/c request and high speed with engine temp rise. You get more air than a single fan on high and more even cooling of the condenser. Colder a/c and less noise are both wins to me. My PCM controls the low speed on my Express with high overide coming from a F-car cylinder head mounted fan switch. My 0411 setup running the 5.7 express calibration runs 1 fan as an auxiliary. Its output turns both fans on low. The cylinder head switch bumps the fans to high. Also since I pulled my relay control power from an unused constant hot fuse under the hood if the engine is shut down hot. One cooling fan can turn on and cool the engine. With a 170*F thermostat and powerful GM truck fans it rarely hits the 200*F.
