Robert, If you can get an accurate drawing of the part, 3-D printing might be the answer. Current prices are about $0.75 per CC of plastic. Just a thought. I am trying to get a DIY 3-D medal powder printer figured out, I think a 4 barrel TBI that fit a square bore carb intake and used stock GM parts would be a great idea for the hotrod community.
