    That really doesn't make sense, since many "large tire" drag cars have tires that are 32+" tall, when they grow, during acceleration many grow larger than 36" in diameter.

    MAybe the dynos capibility? Some dynos are better then others? I'll ask why next time I go over there. Tried to do a truck with 44s and they said the dyno limit was a 31 inch tire? Since it was geared properly for 44s we didn't do dyno... Ended up just doing it at drag strip with Wide Band over six runs playing with spark and watching times, we found the end of spark advance... was more fun then a dyno too!
