    Hello from Cali.. newbie here.

Hi everyone.. i have been turning wrenches on all my cars for over 10 years. mostly 4x4 chevys but i work on everything mechanical. i recently bought an 1988 GMC suburban 4x4 on 38" tires. it has a 350 TBI.. i have not done much work on EFI besides pulling codes and fixing stock parts. my main concern is being able to read real-time data. maybe prom burning will be in my future but im not sure yet. thanks guys

I use a USB ALDL cable from http://www.aldlcable.com/sc/details.asp?item=aldlobd1u and software from TunerPro http://www.tunerpro.net/downloadApp.htm (TunerPro RT)to read data real time.
