    Mr. Injector

I like being able to mention great vendors.

Based on my one business deal with Mr. Injector (so far) I can definitely recommend him.

Very quick to respond to email (he prefers email over phone), very knowledgable, very reasonable on price, and includes Jolly Ranchers in the orders. Even threw in a couple of o-rings and miscellaneous injector parts he thought I might need, and that was VERY fair for what he charged me, and what I was buying. Also shipped extremely fast.

I think I heard about him from you in a roundabout way actually! :)

I bought a bulk pack of o-rings, caps, and filters from him a year or so ago when I sonic cleaned some injectors. Great service and good price.

Oh, boy. Maybe I know why he prefers email. ;)

    Ouch!

Actually he's a one man show and does everything correct on every order and does not like to be interrupted by phone. If you walk in you have to wait till he's ready and he has all the time in the world for you then. Really a pleasant guy. Then in between injector service he returns messages and emails.

Ordered another set of injector o-rings and pintle caps from him a couple weeks ago. There was a slight mixup and the wrong pintle caps got sent to me by mistake. I sent a email and within 10 min I had a reply and the correct caps were in the mail! He said dont worry about sending the wrong ones back. He even threw in some free injector filters for the trouble.
Great customer service and he will always get my business for fuel injector parts!

My injectors were lost in usps on the return trip after service. He was genuinely concerned and went out of his way to track and help locate them. He even offered to send me some loaner injectors until it was resolved. They eventually showed up about a week later And he followed up. Very impressed!
