Disabling Checksum

This is an elementary question but could someone explain exactly how to disable the checksum. Is the process the same on most of the OBD1 GM ECMs?

Find Mask ID and set to AA for emulation.

TunerPro updates checksum when file is saved if your just burning chips.

Is Mask ID in the Scalers?

What am i doing wrong? I still don't see it in the scalers.

I don't know? I just downloaded it and the first thing in scalers is Mask ID.

Maybe you have an old version named the same? Delete old ones or save this as a new name.

Sorry for the trouble. I did what you suggested and it worked.

When you open the Mask ID, right click on it and choose Calculated Values. I may have left it on Raw Hex, it will mess up what your looking at in other Paremeters.
