I think your old oil pressure switch was better then the new one?

The fuel pump relay is what controls the fuel pump power, the relay is triggered on by ECM when key on. Oil pressure is redundant. Check the wiring diagram.

I can only get pump to work if I jumper the the oil pressure switch.
I replaced oil pressure switch & now have to unplug it to get my pump to shut off.
I can hear fuel pump relay. What am I missing ???

Still sounds like new oil pressure switch is faulty, should be open/no power with no pressure. Then back to original problem of why power is not coming from relay to fuel pump? Faulty relay or wiring issue? Just because it clicks does not mean power is coming out to fuel pump. Check power into and out of relay.
