Hi, I'm new to tuning and have spent some time looking around to figure out where to even remotely start to begin learning and that's how I stumbled into here. I have no experience and I hope I can really get familiar with the terms and how it all works. I grew up fixing cars out of necessity and am comfortable diving into different kinds of problems on different kinds of cars, and so far I have been able to get by learning as I go when I need to fix something due to having old high mileage cars. I got pretty interested a couple years ago when I needed to reprogram a module on TechlineConnect for a GMC vehicle and had to figure out how to do that at home, which sort of snowballed into the idea of eventually being able to do more. Once I learned there are people who learn and tune their own cars either for small things or for mods that require tuning, I knew I had to find out more so I'm glad I found this place and I appreciate the resources I've seen here. I hope one day I can contribute something of my own that helps other people too.
