Have you looked at Universal Patacher?

Is the 05 Escalade 6.0 / 4L60E or 4L65E or 4L80E? Maybe segment swap the transmission? Everyone builds a custom flash differently; some might segment swap Engine parameters others might segment swap Transmission Parameters.

In a perfect world, a factory flash 6.0 / 4L60 (possibly a Cadilac) would be a good plan.

I think it would be a good plan to post both .bin files your working with.

The original 5.3 / 4L60 .bin and hopefully the original 6.0 liter .bin or perhaps the VIN # of the vehicle the 6.0 was removed from.

I think segment swap the Avalanche Transmission parameters in the Escalade 6.0 flash is a good plan.

    Differences Summary .pdf attached.

The 6.0 flash IS NOT Flex Fuel.

    The 5.3 IS Flex Fuel.

It is easy to patch flex fuel into a non flex fuel P59 tune using Universal Patcher. I would use the 6.0L Engine Tuning and Diagnostic segments into the Avalanche file and patch flex fuel into it. Then put the 5.3L flex fuel injector data into the 6.0L engine tune if they are still being used. Will fire up and run just like it came that way.

The only P59 setup I have been unable to sucessfully flex fuel patch was a low resolution crank sensor L31 350 tune. Something behind the scenes with the low resolution crank sensor option flagged disables it. Luckily does not apply to a 6.0L though. My buddies CNP 24x 350 runs a file I setup based on a 2005 6.0L/4L80E Express van. Flex fuel works great on it.

    A 2005 6.0 is either a LQ4 (usually pickups) or a LQ9 (usually Cadillacs). The LQ4 and LQ9 ARE NOT Flex Fuel.

The Posted 2005 Escalade Flash is for a LQ9.

I know its for lq9 but cant find a same os with 6.0 for 2004 and i assume it could work just not sure how to proceed The truck is drivable right now just don't want to hurt this motor i know the lq9 is 10.5:1 and the lq4 is 9.5:1 and the the lq4 can take a little more timing and im just worried about burning a cylinder cause the 5.3 tune runs it way lean . If i use the cadi tune and disable the pids and swap trans stuff can i just put my vin in that tune and relearn vats i should be good ??????

It's always challenging swapping different model year engines from one vehicle to another.

    The challenges I see:
Typically, the LQ4 flash is either 4L80E or Manual Transmission.
Typically, the LQ9 flash is 4L60E.
The LQ4 and LQ9 have different engine parameters.

It's challenging when a factory LQ4 with 4L60E flash is not available.

Flash software presents challenges because of Operating Systems limitations.

Perhaps copy / paste the LQ4 engine parameters (injector parameters, fuel tables, spark tables, and MAF Tables) from the attached LQ4 .bin into the Escalade file and segment swap the transmission parameters from the Avalanche into the Escalade file.
