That's a big first request? First you should read the TunerPro tutorial.
    http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...is-a-must-read

Files for the LT1 are mask $EE, you'll need the XDF and ADX files here:
    http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...rmation-EE-EEB

To read the bin file from your PCM you'll need TunerCat WinFlash and a cable from somewhere.

Load TunerPro RT and the XDF/ADX files, get a bin file and use it and click around TunerPro and get an idea what it can do, you'll see the Paremeters your looking for.

Cam size is not a calibration setting, if cam has changed then tuning needs to be done to Volumetric Efficeincy or MAF. You still running MAF or going SD (Speed Density)?

Did you see the Flags for VATS to disable? VATS Select (X = Enabled) and VATS Diagnostic, Error 46.

You'll need a cable of your choice and TunerCat Winflash to re-flash the PCM.

MAP only is SD. If you have a MAF sensor it would be Mass Air Flow. MAP on LT1 is for barometric reading when key on before start and backup if MAF fails. Have to set Flag in bin to Speed Density.

There's a thread here to build your own cable for cheap, not sure if anyone has tested flashing with it? Lot of work for a $50 - $80 cable. If done wrong could turn PCM to a brick/doorstop.

Red Devil River has good cables http://www.reddevilriver.com/aldl.html

Moates http://www.moates.net/aldu1-and-cabl...bl1-combo.html and it does do 95 LT1 if OBDI ALDL port in place, some 95 had OBDII port.

    ALDL Cable http://www.aldlcable.com/

You can buy a cable, TunerPro RT and TunerCat Winflash by the time you pay someone to flash your PCM once. May as well start to learn and you'll have the tools forever.

i've built i think 8 of those now, none have had issues in various applications, even had somebody running a 160 baud setup with it.

i think someone in that thread found a board through sparkfun that also worked, would definitely get here faster than the ~2 weeks it normally takes mine to arrive.

yes, it's quite simple to connector for most applications, just connect the Tx and Rx pins together, then connect those to the 8192 or 160 baud pin, then connect the ground pin on the board to the ground pin in the connector and it's done.
