Help with a 16147060

Hi EFI tune, I've got a 7060 that's giving me fits, I would like to get it tested or rebuilt, whatever it takes to make it work right in stock form again. Calpack is a AWUM.
Do you do this stuff, or can you recommend someone?
I'm not equipped to get into this myself at the moment.
