I have a stroked 05 LQ9 DBW in my 99 Yukon I running a service number 12589462 P59 PCM running the 7603 operating system. I have the engine running great and the only problem is I'm having with the fuel gauge.

I have the gauge physically moving, but the calibration is way off.

The 99 instrument cluster runs PWM for the fuel gauge only, the rest of the cluster runs directly off of the sender units. The original PCM for the vehicle was the black box. I need to know if it is possible to segment swap the fuel system off of the original calibration into my highly modified 7603 .BIN.

I have tried universal patcher but don't seem to understand that programs instruction. I am using Tuner Pro RT and LS droid for programming. I've tried messing around with PC hammer and can't figure it out either.

Any help, hints, or advice would be very much appreciated. Jeff
