APYP bin scalar needs scalar range increased

Hello,

I'm new to the site looking for some help to increase the range on the "Display injector Flow rate scalar in APYP bin.
I need to update the file to recognize 60Lb injectors on my 1989 350 IROC Camaro, 195 AFR heads, Vortech V1 Supercharger.
I was able to update the "Single Fire F1" scalar to 60 Lbs/Hr but the "Display injector Flow Rate" scalar is in unit of measure Gallons/Hr and maxes out at 8.1 Gal/Hr.
My understanding is the conversion from 60 Lb/Hr is 9.9 Gal/Hr, which I cannot fit into the Injector flow rate field.
I've attached the Bin & ADX file in the attached which I received from Blowerworks a few years ago. Apparently Greg Carroll has retired so cannot get help from him. I'm asking if someone can look into the Hex code and increase the range of the Display Injector flow rate scalar to recognize 9.9 gallons/hour, the equivalent of 60 Lb injectors.
