This is from a 96 LT4 Tunercat .cal file. I believe it a stock file It shows the IFR to be 27.0lb not 28lb.

Well now I'm confused. Was there both a OBD1 and OBD2 LT4 in 1996? My file is OBD2 and TC OBD2 IDs it as an LT4. Your file is OBD1 and TC OBD1 IDs it as just a Corvette. But even your file in TC OBD1 has the IFR as 27lb, not 28.

My bin was found off the internet I only have tunerpro Im using the wrong mask to open the file Im using $EE that is for 94-95 but the bin looks correct just by looking at other parameters like injector flow rate, revlimter ect. OBD1 was gone after 1993. Im also getting different values for the 24lbs LT1 injectors I dont know why there different they used the same injectors

Maybe the attached TunerCats OBD2 .cal file from a 1996 LT4 is helpful.

94 and 95 F-Bodies and Vettes were still OBD1. Just that the PCMs were flashable but were definitely OBD1. I used EE in TC OBD1 to open your bin.

This is what it shows with TC OBD1 using EE. TC OBD2 won't open it.

Are you able to see the fuel injector info? Is it the same as what I or you already posted above also what are you using from tunercats there "tuner" software? and what should I use to open the .cal file

Since the VIN in your bin IDs as a Grand Sport and it has 27lb as the IFR the other data is probably correct for those injectors. TC OBD2 uses .cal files. it will open a bin but will only save as a .cal. You would have had to of purchased it years ago as it is no longer for sale. Everything on that page for OBD2 are just updates if you have the original install. I just happen to have both versions of TC. What I originally posted is from the OBD2 96 Grand Sport file.

I don't know other than I wouldn't try compare an OBD1 file with an OBD2 file. The OBD2 cal file Dave posted has the exact same data that my file has. I'm still puzzled why there are both OBD1 and ODB2 Grand Sports in the same model year.
