need manual bin

Slowly getting this figured out but think I need a BIN file for 5.3L manual trans 4x4 OS 12579405 stock or modified for 1841 cam would be great. Anyone got one to share or can point me in right direction? Searched the library several times and found some but none that would work with my ECM or allow me to segment swap but my understanding now is that segment swaps alone won't cut the mustard and I need to start with a manual trans BIN. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It appears the factory did not offer a 5.3 with manual.

Possibly modifying either 4.8 manual or 6.0 manual .bin file with 5.3 engine parameters is a good plan.
