Interface does not support VPW 4X?

I am very new to this, so I apologize if this is a newbie issue, any ideas why I get this error along with the "Base address and size exceeds usable ram? I used Tunerpro and PCM Hammer 21. P01 2002 ECU. I have attached my Bin file and log for reference as well. This is a LS swap going into a jet boat.

Not sure but is it referring to your computer does not have enough RAM, not your PCM?
