Often, a custom chip is required when the library of .bin files come up empty. Possibly repurposing or updating the manual 4-speed .bin (from the link provided) to a manual 5-speed is the next best thing?

TunerPro has a .bin file compare feature, which is an awesome tool to look at what the differences are between .bin files. For example, compare a California Emission .bin with a 49 State Federal Emissions .bin file.
