there was an excellent write up done by 84elky on this forum not to long ago about injector offsets. you will see more power gains and a smoother running engine with a set of flow matched injectors.

Here is the thread by 84elky regarding offsets

Thanks for the link. I was having a difficult time finding it.
i used to really advocate for having proper offsets or the tune will suck, but lately i care less
the offsets are mostly important for low rpm operation fine tuning to keep the AFRs stable, partially because you have wider variation in voltages there because the alternator isn't revved up and accessory load or whatever has a larger effect. when there's lots of fuel and lots of air it makes way less difference. if you always had a consistent voltage, closed loop trims would probably take good care of it regardless of your injector offset value.
on engines with ginormous cams i've found things are just a s**t show at low rpm anyway so the offsets don't have much effect
actually this week on one of my cars, i sent some injectors out for rebuild/flow benching (one cylinder was really lean), and put some reeeeal cheap chinese ones in the meantime with totally unknown offsets
at idle the trims vary widely, but the second you get a bit of throttle in it? no problemo.
