    lm7 with th400 looking for bin file no cats no vats rear o2's deleted

    That is something you will need to create from scratch, starting with a .BIN from your PCM. There were alot of different PCMs used for the LM7 and even more operating systems. P01 or P59. DBC or DBW, if P59 and DBC need to verify it has IAC drivers, etc.
