Opening your bin with HP Tuners P0443 is still enabled as is P0442, P0496 which are also an evap codes. If this is a swap there are also a lot of other codes still enabled that should be turned off. A lot of sensor 2 codes are still on and you have P0151 which is a B2S1 code off which should be left on. The P0420 and P0430 cat codes are still on too. There is probably an error in the xdf you are using. How did you come up with the 6.0L/4L60 combination? Did you start with a 5.3/4L60 and swap engine segments with a 6.0 or start with a 6.0/4L80 and swap the trans segments with a 4L60?

I didn't turn off P0151 I understand its needed. The XDF file isn't my doing I got from another forum. 6.0/4L65 came from the same donor vehicle so did the PCM.

I'm just telling you what I observed in your bin with HP Tuners editor which I would bet is accurate. Looking at it with Tunercat OBD2 shows the same thing.

If you can wait until tomorrow I will fix your bin and post it. HPT and TC will open bins but won't save it as a bin. I will have to flash it in a PCM and then read it back out as a bin. I won't have time to do that until tomorrow.

Here is your bin with P0442, P0443, P0496, P0420, P0430 turned off and P0151 turned back on. Those are the only changes I made. And your VATS is set to PWM, not None. Stock VATS setting would have been Serial.
