trying to get this 06 4.8 4l80 working...

SO i have a 4.8/4l80 combo swapped into a 78 monte. I have it running off its stock PCM with the vats removed, no issues there. however i switched out the stock van MAF for a truck style MAF.

i've tried creating a bin using the 7603.xdf (found in a post here a few months back) as the stock bins with the segments i need are available (added to the post). but tunerpro doesn't seem to like the xdf i found and universal patcher isn't giving me the option to segment swap with that xdf either.

i would appreciate anyone helping me out with what i'm missing? i'm a newbie but i feel like i should be able to figure this out and its driving me nuts.

What OS was originally in your PCM? Is DBW or DBC?

I have not looked at your file. That being said one of the first changes you need to make is correcting the MAF flow table for the MAF in use. You said a truck MAF? Which one? Is it in a stock truck air intake system?

yep, thats what i'm trying to do. i know the van uses a different, smaller MAF. i bought the ACDELCO 2133460 equivalent that i know the trucks use, so i could use a common sized generic cold air intake. i'm trying to just pull in a MAF flow table for that MAF to use with the otherwise stock 4.8/4l80 tune. i was trying to use the 7603 xdf because i should just be able to segment swap to create the bin i need... those files arent mine, they're just links to the stock stock bins i'm trying to work with and having no success.
