Chasing my tail! P0336 on 24x conversion 95 Vette

Decided to bite the bullet when my Optispark died after Thanksgiving and ordered a Torqhead 24x conversion for my 1995 Corvette. Kit came in in the middle of January and after a little fighting everything is installed and after a lot of double checking and troubleshooting with the owner of Torqhead, he suggested the car may just need to be tuned to run correctly. The well respected local tuner pulled the current tune off the new 411 pcm and says it might be an issue with the coils or injectors. Car ran great before Opti died, only mods are LT headers and exhaust. Car currently runs like crap, hunts for idle and spits and sputters if you try to accelerate. Only code is p0336 that shows up as soon as the car starts. Anybody have any thoughts or fought this dragon before? I have the bin from old LT1 computer and and HP tuners version of the new 411 pcm but am not sure if I attached them correctly or not. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Figured this out a few days after posting this thread. Ended up being a combination of burned plug wire boots that I couldn't see through the heat sleeves and the p0336 was some minor scratches on the bottom of the CPS from install. Polished CPS to mirror finish and replaced the boots on plug wires and she is going good.
