I meant to reply back with the exact codes that allow the gear status on the engine code to work of the MPS only.
P0705 and P0706 must be set to "No Error Reported" for the PCM to use the internal pressure switches.

No problem! I actually knew that already from my 0411 swap but I did that 10 years ago. I discovered that change comparing my old 0411 tune vs a stock 0411 5.7L van tune. When I saw those codes disabled, the memory of having to do that clicked in my brain. The 0411 van tune gave me the same problem years ago too.Originally Posted by In-Tech
