any help with Original ECU file 1MB OS: 12579405 P59 from Silverado SS 6.0l 350hp 4x4 automatic 2003 year Engine LQ9.

I read this ecu with eeprom programmer and found custom seed key, put it in vcm suite and read file from ECU , but file is tuned and locked from another tuner.
can someone unlock this file in attach?
