Idles fine won't rev up

I LS swapped my 1980 Camaro. and finally got it fired up tonight. It will idle fine, but will not rev up, acts like a low RPM rev limiter. I downloaded a bin file for the 6.0, because I couldn't find an XDF for my operating system. I then segment swapped the trans segments because I am running a Tremec. I deleted the VATS, rear O2, and EGR I also set the fans in the PCM. Is there anything else I need to look at? I did notice there are still tables in the trans section that seem to be for automatic. I haven't tried scanning or anything yet, the MIL light never came on. and it was late, so I thought I would reach out and see if it was a common newbie issue that I overlooked.

what is the fuel pressure?

The fuel pressure is steady at 62 psi

Found the abuse management was set at 1400 RPM. I raised it up and everything seems to be good now! Now I need to find a good free data logger, and start to play with tuning.
