LS swap

I have a LS swap in a 68 Camaro and have a couple issues that would like to fix in my current tune.

1. The RPMs are high on hot starts, but after a few seconds the RPMs come down to 900 RPMs.
2. When you accelerate heavily, the RPMs will flurry when engine comes down to idle.
3. When transmission shifts to 4th gear and the speed drops below 40, the tranny goes in and out

I need to know what equipment and software should I use, i.e. laptop, cable and software (TunerPro RT and LS Droid}
