    New here, need some help

First of thanks for add. I have already gained much knowledge so far. I have a 2003 chevy 1500hd 6.0 lq4 4l80e 4x4. I downloaded pcm hammer, logger and tunerpro.. what else do I need to begin tuning this ? I am kind of stuck here now

If you are using tunerpro, you'll need an XDF file. It defines the file you read from the pcm into tables flags and scalers. The one you need depends on the operating system number. Another option is to use universal patcher, it's a new tool that as far as I know works on all p01 &p59 os's. It does NOT require you to find a definition file. If you still plan on using tp instead, it can still be useful to open your bin file in UP to find out what OS you have if you don't already know. Hope that helps.

Universal Patcher can be found here.
