Vortec 350 long block with LT1 cam and TBI

Getting ready for my first EFI build, after many back and forths between wether I wanted to go carb, TPI, TBI or LT1 I have settled on a vortec 350 with a LT1 cam OR LT4 hot cam, single plane vortec carb intake with tbi adapter. headers and a dress up kit. More than likely be bored and stroked to a 402 or 408 CI. Asking for advice; does this seem like a solid easy to tune build for a novice tuner? I’ve spent about 2.5 years researching tuning obd1 GM set ups..so im familiar with some of the things that will need done. (Like setting BPC for the new CI) This will be tuned using TP and EBL Flash.
