Ahh I see makes sense. I knew they weren’t as accurate and in a very short range didn’t realize it was like that tho. Is it possible to replace the regular o2 with a wide band and run the engine on that? Like get ride of the narrow all together so I still only have one? I do have proficient welding skills and could totally weld a bung in my exhaust wherever needed but just considering my options. Also thank you for the reply

replacing the narrowband requires what they call a "narrow band simulator "
most wideband controllers have that feature

I didnt know about the narrow babd simulator. Sounds stupid and complicated for no reason. I have decent welding abilities and welding a bung id no issue, the gauge i ordered came with a bung too.

How many inches away from the head should i put it? Ive read about that and i can’t remember what they said. Edelbrock headers are on the truck.

Also does it matter which bank it goes on? Like should i put it on the passenger side so that the stock o2 is one and thr widebabd is the other or does it even natter?
