    16159278 Ecu help with tuning

I have a 93 Z28 that I have done several modifications to. I have all the necessary hardware and software to tune the car but, no clue how to tune. I've read up on some of the basics and have the car running fairly well. Any one here familiar with this ecu and willing to help a guy learn a few things? Take a look at my bin and some logs? Here's a list of stuff I've done to the car. Motor was rebuilt with new crank, rods, and .30 over pistons. The rotating assembly isn't forged but better than stock parts used. LE2 style ported heads with a 223/227 110 lsa cam spec'd by him with all supporting mods. Ported stock intake, 52mm BBK tb, Bosch 3 style injectors from fic (They supplied some data I plugged in but things were strange? May have figured out?), Innovate PSN1 wideband with N2O controls rpm window etc., long tube headers, k&n cold air, 3" exhaust with cut out, 3:73 rear gears, and some suspension stuff from strano. Ive tried working with several known tuners some helpful some not so much. Seems no one likes the 92 93 cars.

I’ve read his write up but for a tune no. I believe my biggest issue is injector data. Fic sent the voltages offsets and flow at 42.5 psi. When I use their numbers I have to take my ve way down. Single digits in places. Tried playing around with injector constant but to get things to look reasonable I have to use 48 instead of the 32 fic states. Still think the voltage offsets aren’t quite right as well. I’d like to get that figured out before I pay for another mail order tune.
