7730 7.4l v8 MPFI witb 700r4

Hi, and please forgive me i have not been able to find specific info on my setup AND this is my first go-around with stock GM EFI components. This is a great site!

I have a customer's 48 Buick Roadmaster with a 7.4l 454, MPFI setup with a 700r4 that was installed back in 98. The documentation with the vehicle suggests it all came from a ~90-92 vette, but cannot confirm. The car has a 7730 with a stock memcal that I cant identify. Car runs like crap, I replaced everything (dist, plugs, pcv, tps, iac, iat, cts and o2 sensor...even a new 7730 just to be safe). I am using a Moates G1 adapter with a new 27sf512 chip using Burn2 and Tunerpro RT v5. The ECM mask is $8d although I've tried 0E, 0D and even AA to no avail

I have tried Super_8dm2 XDF with multiple ADX files, tons of different bin mods, but I can only get the stock bin I pulled off the Memcal to do anything (even be visible to TunerPro).

Does anyone have any working bins or tips for this weird combo of parts, specifically a 7.4l v8 MPFI setup?

Back in 2015 I decided on using a 7730 for a Vortec 7.4 liter for a rock crawler project. Engine pics below.

Starter $8D .bin file attached with .txt file showing changes.

The '7730 was good for a few seasons of crawling, but the upgrade to the '0411 in 2018 was AWESOME
