Is this a retrofit or is the vehicle a 2005 truck?
The file you posted is for a 2000 3/4 ton 4x4 6.0L with a 4L80E. This file is for a P01 computer, the 2005 trucks use a P59 computer. Is the new computer you got going into a 2005 truck? If so, it will not work, you will need a P59 computer.

This is my .bin it is a 2005 LQ9 out of a Escalade, it has ported 317 heads, a Summit stage I high lift cam and matching springs, 2010 intake and injectors/throttlebody. The OS was changed to 7603 to allow more support/changes. The tune has lean cruise and decel fuel cut off segments. Best MPG in my lifted 99 Denali is 16.2. It is my current tune that I'm running. 4L60E transmission though. 4.88 gears and a lot of other modifications. If you know how to segment swap you can just take the engine data.
Your bin OS is 12592618 so I'm going to attach the matching XDF.
