can anyone help with tuning advise

i have a 6.0 with 243 heads, texas speed torque V2 cam, ls1 intake and 12554271 injectors, aftermarket throttle body. I think it's a 95 m.m. I'm usung a mosule with 12212156 OS. I can not get it to idle. i have to hole throttle about 1/8 way to let it idle. i checked checked throttle body on a scanner, it seems ok. any help on where i should start to make changes would be appriciated. or if there are any tutorials.

    thanks

Sorry, more questions than answers. Are you drive-by wire or drive-by cable? Drive-by cable requires an IAC on the throttlebody for idle speed control, whereas the drive by wire controls it by the computer. If we know the answers to these questions we can help

Could you post a copy of your bin? Are those stock LS1 injectors? You could adjust the throttle body stop to hold the blade open. Just remember to disconnect the TPS, turn the key to on for 10 seconds, turn it back off, plug it back in, turn the key back on and clear the codes. This allows you to reset to "0%" position and stay in the idle tables. Other items that help idle:
    - Add to the idle desired airflow table.
    - Increase idle speed by 50-100 rpm.
    - Increase idle timing 5-10 degrees.
    - Make sure fuel is good.

Yes, please post your bin file. Good suggestions from Pulse_GTO. If you have access to datastream it would be helpful to see your idle short and long-term fuel trims, and your IAC position/counts. Also TPS position/volts.

Since the engine is not in a car, are you using the MAF?

Since you said that the MAF is connected while the engine is on the test stand give the attached file a try. I made sure to include the LS1 injector data set up for a return style fuel system. I did my best guess with idle parameters, so who knows if it will even run.

I don't want to hijack the thread, but what's the difference?

I don't know either. I'm just learning how to understand everything when it comes to tuning.

The injector flow rate table is set up differently. In Tom70's application the fuel pressure can vary in regards to engine vacuum, so the table reflects that.
