    Here's my 0411 L31 4l60e 4x4 tune bin, swap pinout including stock L31 4x4 4l60e tune

I have read a bunch of posts looking for this info while trying to find it myself. I'll post up what I have, because I couldn't find it either and had to make it. I just got done swapping a 0411 PCM into my 99 OBS 5.7 L31 Suburban 4x4 with 4l60e with A/C, and Pushbutton 4x4. Everything works so far, throttle response is way better, driving is smoother, and 0-60 times is much faster. Special Thanks to Lextech for the ideas and first write-up on gmtruckcentral.com and to Brendan from lt1swap.com for the info he has up. I referenced his how-to, but did not use his pinout. He seemed to be inactive for a while, so I decided to figure it out on my own. I will give you guys all I have with the reference websites I used as well for someone else interested in this swap. The wiring for 98-99 OBS Suburbans, Tahoes, Yukons, Sierras, Silverados with a 5.7L 4l60e etc should all be the same, I believe 96-67 will have differences. Not sure what they are, but I have another project with a 96 Tahoe, so I'll find out at some point. Obviously, there will also be differences for Manual trans, or any other applications.

    My Tune: 12212156 OS, o2 Express Van, 02 s10 4l60e 4x4 Trans segment swapped in, Cyl Vol increased to 723cc\cyl for .020 bore, VATS disabled, EVAP DTCs disabled, O2 downstream codes deleted, EGR disabled, Trans abuse protection enabled, Fan #1 Turn on 205\off 200, I do NOT have the Fan #2 relay control enabled in my tune. (DTC Disable list: 0137, 0138, 0140, 0141, 0157, 0158, 0160, 0161, 0401, 0404, 0405, 0420, 0430, 0440, 0442, 0443, 0446, 0449, 0452, 0453, 0461, 0462, 0463.)

Stock Tune: 12212156 OS, 02 Express Van, 02 s10 4l60e 4x4 Trans segment swapped in, VATS disabled, Trans abuse protection disabled(stock), all other options left alone.

For wiring, I followed along on Lextech's article. Don't forget to add in the Trans wires for the Range switch(AKA PRND Input)!! You have to splice into these from the transmission plug or behind the gauge cluster. I chose the gauge cluster just so my wiring was further from dirt and water. The pics are missing from Lextechs post for the guage cluster connecter, but the wire colors are Blk/Wht, Grey, Yellow, and White. There are only four wires on that connector that color and beside each other, so it's hard to miss them. You will have to add in a few wires to the PCM for these four, so it's good to have the wires from the depinned blue/red 0411 connector handy. You will also have to splice some wires together to add in PCM grounds and such. In my wiring pinout, I added in Wires for Fan #1 Relay control, Tow mode button(momentary to ground), Rear knock sensor, and dual fuel tanks(OEM type) for future planned mods. lt1swap.com has the pinout marked for the 0411 PCM if you want to run it stand-alone or without EVAP. I included all wires, including A/C, just because mine still has it for the time being.

I marked all splices in the sheet with Black boxed outlines, but I will write them out just in case.

Of course. Figured there's got to be at least one guy out there that it helps, and it wasn't that much trouble to post what I have. I am having a few issues, I'll post up separate threads so hopefully I can get specific help for them. My idle is off and truck doesn't like to start(pretty sure it's a tuning issue for the new cam not being right), also having a technical issue with my PCM staying locked, but I didn't lock It(at least not on purpose) and it flashed fine the first couple times.

Had to post an update today, 5/22/2022. If you downloaded the bins I had posted before today, Titled "02express5.7withS104l60e4x4 os12212156", Don't use them. I updated the first post with revised bin files that should be the same as promised. Long Story Short, the 02 Express van bin I used as a base to start from from the "LS_Based_Engine_Repository-master' zip file was corrupted. It doesn't look like it, everything edits fine, Checksums fine, Flashes fine. But when It gets flashed on, for some reason you cannot ever unlock the PCM Normally. Never figured out why, but had to start over with another 02 Express L31 tune(2500 this time) and segment swap the s10 4l60e4x4 stuff in. Should all be the same same as the first posted tunes, but no issues from these ones. IF you did download that tune bin in the first week and flashed it, you can unlock your PCM with the "ground pin method" like I had to do 47 times to figure out the issue and get a good unlockable flash running. I'll post up the link to that ground pin unlock info.

that's because the express 4l60e tune in the 2002 bin files thread has corrupt eeprom segment - the seed key is 0xFFFF

i discovered this as well when i did a "write entire" or clone. had i just written the OS, parameters, and cals, then the ECU would've retained its own eeprom segment and everything would've been fine. live and learn :)
take note, developers of PCM hammer: yell at the user before they do a full write/clone with seed key that is corrupted

    Thanks!
