Welcome Dan! What you have sounds like a cool project! Too bad the pictures did not come through.

What PCM do you have? That would help us to steer you in the right direction. What software are you going to use to flash the PCM? Two that I found easy to use are PCMHammer and LSDroid. Then make changes to your tune file (most of us call it a bin file) with TunerPro and the XDF file that matches the OS (operating system) that you have on the PCM.

Fired it up for the first time after modifying VATS. I still need to go through and make edits as codes pop up, but Im thrilled its running.

I used:
-OBDX PRO
-PCM Hammer
-TunerPro

I havent tried LSDroid but Ill take a look.
