Here are those files, the 2 bin files are the trans segment swaps and the word document is the engine seg swap. That's how I have it on my phone as I am at work rn.

I ran both bins through the difference tool in tuner pro, they BOTH are the same as the one I uploaded. That means they are the same file, even checksums are the same.
Are you Writing Entire? It doesn't make any sense that you have different results with two files that the only thing different is the file names.

    OS Checksum 1: D2E8 [OK] Checksum2: F683 [stock]
    EngineCal Checksum 1: D1A5 [OK] Checksum2: FDB0 [stock]
    EngineDiag Checksum 1: 5414 [OK] Checksum2: 6939 [stock]
    TransCal Checksum 1: 4F7E [OK] Checksum2: 7C9F [stock]
    TransDiag Checksum 1: 452F [OK] Checksum2: 7DE2 [stock]
    Fuel Checksum 1: EBD7 [OK] Checksum2: 1A7C [stock]
    System Checksum 1: 21FF [OK] Checksum2: C7C2 [stock]
    Speedometer Checksum 1: F11D [OK] Checksum2: 150D [stock]

Repeat: All 3 files, the two you uploaded, and the one I swapped, all have the same checksums.

I realize you are probably using a seperate speedometer, but have you logged to see how far off vehicle speed is?

I Know you said you have a cam, have you dialed in your VE tables yet? Are you using a MAF?

What are you using for VSS? how many pulses per revolution?

Thats all I can think of right now

Doing some quick math with the help of google,

Stock tire size for 87 rx7

    185/70-14 24.2 tall 834 r per mile
    76 circumference

    4.10 ratio Stock ratio ?

40 ppr ? found in colorodo hp tuner file

    834 * 4.10 = 3419.4 trans revs per mile

    3419.4 x 40 = 136776 vss pulses per mile

So i Made the changes to the attatched bin

    Make sure you write entire

Yes, I've been meaning to post an update. The segment swap worked perfectly, the not reving past 1500 was an issue with the abuse management settings. I still have some surging issues. It idles fine but as soon as it sees about 2 mph even without touching the throttle it starts surging excessively then dies. I believe I still have a long road ahead of me figuring tuning out but having the segment swap done put me light years ahead. Thanks for your help!

Great. Does it go lean wen it surges, or is it something else.
Can you confirm vss sensor pulse count, gear ratio and tire size
