Welcome, what year LS, and pcm are you using?
No need to re-invent the wheel. But we can make it better
I'm using a pcm from an 04 Silverado [p01] now trying to figure out how to delete my vats my self
Do you have any tuning equipment?
If you are using tuner pro rt, you will need an XDF that matches your operating system

You should have no problem, if you can post your stock bin file up.
Vats disable is pretty easy as long as you have the correct definition file.
No prob about delay, I work for a living also. Lol
