I’ve been working on it. Was getting low fuel pressure when throttling from under the hood so I change the fuel pump and noticed better acceleration but the hesitation was still there at 1500 RPMs. So I change the distributor and hesitation went away but now if I go over 35% throttle it goes completely lean rich lean rich rapidly like hitting a rev limiter. I will post a log file later this evening when the traffic is not heavy. Has anyone had this problem before? The distributor was known good when I put it on the shelf a year ago. Thanks for any help I could really use it.

Sounds like you've been chasing your tail; the problem was with the fuel pump and distributor all along, and you were trying to tune around it. Now that you've corrected the actual mechanical problems, the tune is completely wrong (because it was made to try to cover up mechanical issues which no longer exist).
