Tuner pro rt check battery light issue 12208322 os

I changed the OS to 12208322 to use the XDF that was available. The truck is a 2000 silverado 5.3 4x4 4l60e. truck has a cam and headers, egr delete, i removed all the check engine light options but the check engine light still comes on and the battery light is on. Verified charging system and we have 14.7 volts charging at the alternator and the battery tests good and is from May last year. I noticed in the XDF there was a column for Alternator terminal L or F, both options were checked I did not change this from the original bin that i used. Does anyone know what I need to do to get rid of the battery light that pops on the dash? The alternator we are using is stock and has 1 brown wire and the 10 gauge wire to the battery. I can send a copy of my modified bin if someone could look at it. -Thank you

Read the codes and see if you show "DTC P1638".

i stumbled on a post on HP tuners about this and the fix is:

set Alt F-term to 0

set on engine diag P1638 to 0

i will update later when i work on it.

Well i fixed the battery light, but now i have a missfire and it wants to accelerate itself.
