are you short on time, or short on skills?
if you're short on time go ahead and hire someone, but if you just don't know what to do, why don't you take some logs and talk about your engine modifications, i'm sure we can help you figure out what needs to be changed... that's kind of what this forum is for
Definitely short on time posted looking for help a few days ago didn’t get much they’re trying to get this thing finished and down the road. Also fairly new to tuning and finding tunerpro not user friendly like other programs I’ve used .
Did you see this page?

1994 TBI is likely the 16197427 PCM or a PCM in the same family as the 16197427 PCM.
Remote TBI tuning usually requires TunerPro RT data logs. The Split Second TunerPro RT Tutorial provides a good overview of using TunerPro RT. Getting Started with TunerPro RT - YouTube The Split Second Tutorial is not specific to TBI, but many of the steps for using TunerPro RT will also apply for TBI.
TunerPro RT files for the 16197427 PCM with the 4L60E are located in this tread: http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...Information-0D
