If you have the injector constants right, then you probably need to adjust things like the end of injector timing.

the injector constants flow rate is set @ 24.87lbs the bosch3's are 24lb. IDK, if this is too technical but does .87 make a difference?

i searched and found this post "fuel Injection>GM EFI Systems>$EE / LT1 Injector Swap Running Rich>Post#1 ,4th paragraph and tried to follow for some guidance. there are 53#, I didnt want to get confused and read the wrong stuff, but is this what you are referring to "end of injector timing"

Very highly doubt it. Don't know why GM LT1 injector constants are either 24.87 (OE Iron Heads) or 24.91 (OE Aluminum Heads), but even if they had different part numbers, it's a very minuscule difference that is better addressed by OTHER things BESIDES base flow rate.

Two different fuel injectors, even if they have the same peak flow rate (say, 24lb / hr), may have a different sense of timing in regards to delivering the same amount of fuel; a schlemiel 24lb injector may open slower or quicker than a xiaoping 24lb injector, and thus behave differently at idle.

Just read that thread. Mostly discusses startup, much less about idle.
If it starts reasonably quickly enough, worry more about things like minimum injector pulsewidth, and the timing of those pulsewidths.

There is no substitute for properly characterized injector data, especially 'below the knee'.
