Acquire BLM values without data logging

I just had a random thought and was wondering if it was possible. I know when we data log we get the BLM values, but are we able to somehow get the values that are currently stored in the ECU? It would be great to get the values after driving around for a month. 7427 ECU if it makes a difference.

its totally possible if your ecm supports mode 2/3 read memory commands which all 8192 baud ecms seem to
if you locate the table in memory you can dump that memory and get its contents
locating the table would be the hard part
