95 gmc, 7427 OD tbi vortec 350. I noticed a difference between the TPS and the MPH while trying to tune a hesitation when accelerating from a stop. As soon as I touch the throttle its moving but its not showing speed on the dash for seconds after its throttled. Is it normal for this to happen?
The hesitation might not be the TPS vs. MPH. The Vortec heads flow much better than the TBI Swirl Port heads. Often the hesitation is a result of an off idle lean air fuel mixture.
Possibly adjusting, by adding more fuel to the Acceleration Enrichment parameters will cure the hesitation.
