Bin file conversion

Is there any way to convert a Efilive .ctz or Hptuners .hpt file to the Ecu .bin file format?

Write it by whatever method you desire to a PCM and then read it back as a BIN using PCM Hammer or LS Droid. Poof. You have a BIN of it.

Thanks for the fast reply, thats the problem though. I cant write with .ctz or .hpt only .bin however i cant tune a .bin file for my car opensource
