Ok, gotcha.
Are you checking for codes on the same key cycle that the error occurs, or after having cycled the key?

Update:
I think I found the problem. An intermittently defective TFP switch. When cold, switch D2 (N/C) is ok. I believe when hot it opens regardless of oil pressure on it. The PCM does not see an error as it seems to be a manual action by the driver. It's still not clear why the pressure stays at 100 pounds in that situation.
Anyway a new switch seems to have solved the problem. The truck is running very well and had no problem when hot.
On this test drive I couldn't feel any problem with the 3-2 solenoid. TECH2 indicates a fault when the solenoid is commanded OFF but this does not generate a PCM fault code.
I thank the friends who gave some feedback around here.
A happy Christmas with health and a prosperous new year!
