1project - Thanks I don't think it's to lean from what the plugs looked like. Also it lives at 4300 ft and we go up into the mountains on our wood trips, usually over 6000 ft. The bowl doesn't leak, that is one of the first things I checked. I appreciate the call on the ported vs unported vacuum, that will save a lot of headaches. I don't think a TBI swap is in this trucks life... To much work for as little as it gets driven.

BTW, our first trip out with the truck, our fuel economy went way up. We usually use a 1/2 tank per trip, this time we used 1/8 tank, but then we didn't go quite as far. My guess is we went from around 5 to just over 10 MPG.
